This LUCP pertains to a communication tower powered by solar panels. The modification would include moving the facilities to the west 10‐15 feet and adding three new solar panels in the future that would be installed based upon the future needs of this facility. An illustration is included as an attachment for your reference. Encana does not anticipate the need for additional permitting. Please advise if this notification will suffice in allowing us to move forward with this change. Thank you for your time and consideration.
