As we previously discussed, this proposed use requires an administrative review in the Resource Land Zone Districts under the recently adopted Garfield County Land Use and Development Code, Table 3 -403. The previous code required a Limit Impact Review (LIR) for this type of use. The pre - application conference summary, as well as many of the supporting documents in the application, was prepared prior to the recent code changes.
