Housing Permit Application -Well Pad South Leverich 13-09 To Whom It May Concern: Enclosed please find one (1) copy of the subject Small Temporary Employee Housing Permit Application
along with the required application fee. Laramie Energy II, Inc., (Laramie) on behalf of Gordman Leverich, LLP, is seeking permission to install temporary employee housing to support
drilling operations on a well pad in Garfield County. As stated in the enclosed application, the need for the temporary employee housing at this well pad is dictated by the remote location
of Laramie's operations and the hazards associated with having employees routinely driving on the relatively primitive roads accessing these operations. The installation of this housing
will reduce the daily traffic to and from these well pads and enhance the safety of Laramie'S operations. In addition, temporary employee housing is needed for each drilling rig because
long-term, affordable is housing is not readily available in Garfield County. If you or Garfield County staff has any questions regarding this application, please contact me at 970-263-7800,
ext. 2025. Sincerely, ~i~~---Compliance and Permitting Specialist 82621% Road Grand Junction, CO 81505 TEL 970.263.7800 FAX 970.263.7456 VI/INW. oaconsulti ng. com
