The site is an existing approved drilling well pad and is located off of the extended (and private) County Road 211 (via County Road 204) approximately 13 miles north of the Town of DeBeque. This application was submitted earlier this year but was deemed incomplete and withdrawn. In order for the Applicant to re-submit the application, the Applicant requested a preapplication conference in order to fulfill the Limited Impact Review submittal requirements and to ask questions regarding submittal materials. I. PROCESS Applications for land use change subject to Limited Impact Review shall be subject to . the following review process. 1. Pre-application Conference (held 5/13/2010) 2. Submittal of a Limited Impact Review Application 3. Determination of Completeness by Director 4. Notice of technically complete to Applicant with schedule; Applicant submits copies for referral to reviewing agencies 5. Applicant prepares public notice for advertising, mailing, and posting of site 6. Hearing scheduled for Board of County Commissioners and copies sent to referring agencies and departments 7. Staff report preparation 8. Board of County Commissioners hearing for Limited Impact Review application and Review with Decision by Board of County Commissioners III. APPLICATION REVIEW a. Total Deposit: $ 400.00 (additional hours are billed at $ 40.50 {hour) General Application Processing Planner reviews case for completeness and sends to referral agencies for comments. Case planner contacts applicant and sets up a site visit. Staff reviews application to determine if it meets standards of review. Case planner makes a recommendation of approval, approval with conditions, or denial to the appropriate hearing body.
