Provisions 1) TIle applicant represents all parties in interest, and affirms that the driveway approach (05) is to be co11structed by him for the bona tide purpose of securing access
to his property and not for the purpose of doing business or sen'icing vehicles on the road right of way. 2) The applicant shall fumish all labor and materials, perform all work, and

rural CC'll1lllcrcial entrnnces a minimum of 100 feet be provided.) }. All entrances and exits shall be so located and wnslTucted that vehicles approaching or using them will be able
