In reviewing the land use permit for this parcel, the fire district's comments included a requirement to file a water supply construction permit with the fire district. I am not sure
what this is, but at a minimum if you could supply them with a copy of the building permit application, they will let you know what they want. The only items not included with the building
application was a design for a accessible ramp into the front door of the office and a staircase from the rear entrance of the building. Accessible access from the parking to the ramp
will also be required. These items can be submitted during construction considering we are already into September, and the easy days of the construction season is slipping away. I need
to check the resolution for the land use to make sure I am not forgetting anything, but we still might get the permit issued today. Thanks, Andy 1
