County is in receipt of your request to amend the approvals for the Rifle Gas Plant facility located in parts of Sections 12 and 13, Township 6 South, Range 94 West, west of the City
of Rifle on Parcel Number 2175-124-00-165. Consideration of an Amendment of a Special Use Permit must demonstrate the degree of the change and it has been determined that the addition
of a storage structure is a Minor Modification as defined in Section 4-106 of the Land Use and Development Code, 2013. This allows the Director to issue a decision on the request without
further review. A decision is hereby issued that the proposed amendment is a Minor Modification therefore your request is hereby approved, subject to all prior conditions of approval
for this overall facility. Please be aware that construction cannot commence until such time as a recorded Land Use Change Permit is provided to you. Feel free to contact our office
