Public Access to site-The site is accessed via Garfield County Road 215-Parachute Creek Road . Garden Gulch Road, a private road, then accesses properties owned by Chevron USA, Inc and this communications site. Access to the site is legal and is constructed. 2. Access to adjoining Roadways-The Garden Gulch Road! Garfield County Road 215 intersection serves as the primary intersection for this project. There are no known issues with this intersection and this project will generate a small amount of traffic as evidenced in Tab 13, Section 9-Impact Analysis-Traffic. 3. Easements-A "Road Construction and Maintenance Agreement" dated 111112005, recorded on 6125!07-Garfield County Reception #726196 is attached in Tab 13, Section 9-Impact Analysis-Traffic. This document allows for Chevron USA, Inc., Williams Production RMT Company LLC and other parties to utilize Garden Gulch Road for access to this project. 4. Topography and slope-This site is very flat as it is to be located on an existing natural gas well pad, thus extreme slope is not an issue. Please see Tab 9-Site Plan for details. 5. Natural Features-Please see Tab 13-Impact Analysis item 4-Soils Characteri stics for the soils and geology repon for the site and area. 6. Drainage Features-Please see Tab 10-Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for deta ils regarding drainage. 7. Water-This area has not been irrigated and there are no tailwater issues as it is on a ridgeline. Page 1 of 2 Water Supply plan as per Section 7-104. Not required as no water will be supplied to the site. Note: Section 7-105 will not apply because this project does not exceed 8 single family equivalents. 8. Floodplain-Please see Tab 14-Floodplain noting that this project is not within a floodplain. 9. Soils-Please see Tab 13-Impact Analysis item 4-Soils Characteristics for the soils and geology report for the site and area. 10. Hazards-Please see Tab 13-Impact Analysis item 4-Soils Characteristics for the soils and geology report for the site and area. II. Natural Habitat-Please see Tab 20-Protection of Wildlife Habitat Areas for a report regarding this issue. 12. Resource Areas-Please see Tab 29-Areas with Archeological, Paleontological or Historic Importance for a report regarding this issue. We have thoroughly studied this site and feel that this property is suitable and is appropriate for the installation and maintenance of a communications facility.
