Section 7-202 Please find attached in Tab 13-Impact Analysis, [tern 8.c., a June 2011 report prepared by WestWater Engineering "Section 7-202 Protection of Wildlife Habitat Areas". This report concludes little to no impact from this project. A. Buffers-Buffers are not necessitated as the adj acent habitat does not warrant this as per the WestWater Engineering report. B. Locational contro ls of land disturbance-The project is within an existing Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission approved natural gas well pad. The project, as per the WestWater Engineering report will have little to no impact on wildlife corridors. C. Preservation of native vegetation l. Vegetation utilized by wildlife-The ex isting vegetation on-site is primarily grass and fo rbs planted during the reclamation of the well pad. The 1,500 square foot size of this project will have little impact to the grazing. 2. Removal and replacement of native vegetation-None is anticipated as this is an existing well pad. 3. Removal of noxious weeds-Noxious weeds are noted in the WestWater Engineering report on Page 3-"Noxious Weeds". All weeds on the proposed Communications Site will be removed during the constmction process. Ongoing weed management will be conducted by Williams Production RMT Company LLC on the Communications Site. D. Habitat compensation-As the proposal does not affect criti cal wildlife habitat, compensation is not required by the ULUR. Page I of 2 E. Domestic animal controls-The perimeter 8' tall chain link fence will keep cattle out of the site. Additionally, pets are not allowed by Contractors or the Lessee on Chevron (USA) Inc. property, thus, dogs will not be harassing wildlife. Thank you for your assistance on this project.
