As per the "Wildfire Hazard-Garfield County, CO" map Revision 6, dated 3/9111 , the area of the project is determined to be "Low to Moderate" hazard. The Communications Site is within
an existing Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission approved well pad that has low grasses. The 1,500 square foot site of the communications facility will have gravel with no vegetation
within the perimeter fence. After review of the location, we feel th at fire hazards have been limited via our site design. Thank you for your assistance on this project. Please contact
