Section 7-810 A. Service and repair operations conducted within a building. This will be complied with. B. Loading and unloading of vehicles conducted on private property. As the project
is located on private property, this will be the case. I C. Outdoor storage facilities shall be screened by natural topography or enclosed by a fence. There will be no outdoor storage
facilities on thi s site. D. Industrial wastes disposed of as per CDPHE. This will be complied with. E. Volume of sound generated shall comply with Colorado Revised Statutes. Please
see the report attached in Tab 13-Impact Analysis-Section 10.C. noting compliance with noise statutes. F. Ground vibration shall not be perceptible at the property boundary line. Please
see the report attached in Tab 13-Impact Analysis-Section 10.C. noting compliance with the ULUR in regards to vibration. G. Every use shall be so operated that it does not emit heat,
glare, radiation or fumes which substantially interfere with the existing use of the adjoining property. Please see information attached in Tab 13-Impact Analysis-Section 10 in regards
