Impact Application -Hunter Mesa Compressor Station Garfield County File Number LIPA-6627 Dear Aleta; The Building and Planning Department has reviewed the additional submittal material
provide for the above referenced application and determined that the documentation is sufficient to determine technical completeness for a Limited Impact Review. As a matter of process,
the Board of County Commissioners shall hold an advertised public hearing on the proposed action at a regularly scheduled meeting on January 17, 2011 . The Applicant shall be solely
responsible for the publication, property posting, and mailing of all notices. The Applicant shall present proof of publication and mailing at or before the meeting. The item cannot
be heard if correct noticing requirements have not been met. Notice for the meeting shall be given as follows: 1. Notice by Publication. At least thirty (30) and not more than sixty
(60) calendar days prior to the date of a scheduled public hearing before the Board of County Commissioner hearing, and at least thirty (30) and not more than sixty (60) calendar days
prior to the date of a scheduled public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners, the applicant shall have published a notice of public hearing in a newspaper (Rifle Citizen
Telegram is the only newspaper that meets this criteria) of general circulation in the area that the proposed land use change is located. Publication of said notice shall follow a form
prescribed by the County. 2. Notice to Adjacent Property Owners. Except for text amendments to the provisions of this Resolution and existing Planned Unit Developments, at least thirty
(30) and not more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date of a scheduled public hearing, the applicant shall send by certified mail or by a nationally recognized overnight courier,
return receipt requested, a written notice of the public hearing to the owners of record, as shown in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder or Assessor at least 30 days prior to
sending notice, of all adjacent property within a 200' radius. Within the same time period written notice shall be provided to owners of mineral in interests in the property (other than

construction materials as defined in Section 34-32.5-10 CRS, as amended) in accordance with Section 24-65.5-101, et seq., CRS, as amended. (Reso 2009-53) 3. Posting of Notice. Except
for text amendments to the provisions of this Resolution and existing Planned Unit Developments, at least thirty (30) and not more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date of
a scheduled public hearing the applicant shall post a notice of the public hearing on the property. Such notice shall consist of at least one sign facing each adjacent road right-of-way,
and located so as to be fully visible from the road right-of-way generally used by the public. Such signs shall be provided to the applicant by the Planning Department. (Reso 2009 -53)
I had previously provided a suggested public notice in Word format so you can add or amend information, as necessary. I understand that the re~uest for publication was forwarded to the
newspaper today for publication on the 9 h of December. Several posters were provided to you as well. These posting and public notice documents for the Board of County Commissioners
public hearing are provided as a courtesy. The Applicant must verify that all information provided in these documents is correct. As always, it is the obligation of the Applicant to
