of the Garfield County Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, the Director hereby authorizes the following amendment: The removal of three (3) existing antenna and the installation
of three (3) new antenna. This Amended Land Use Change Permit is issued and continues to be subject to the conditions in the original approval set forth in Resolution 2002-77 and all
