ETC's midstream business Is concentrated In Utah Rnd Colorado, and consists of the construction, operation. and maintenance of midstream gathering pipelines, pr(lcesslng Rnd treRting facllllles. As such. ETC hAS the technical capabilities necessary for the proposed acUon. This fomt is fluthorized for local reproduction. 13a. Describe other reasooablc alternative routes and modes considered. Proper temporary and permanent BMPs would be installed to adequately protect Beaver Creek and the City ofRltle Watershed. b.
