calculations were perfonned for sizing an Individual Sewage Disposal System for the proposed development of a parcel ofland located at 5326 County Road 243. The system was sized for
a 4 bedroom single family dwelling. The system was designed per the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment guidelines on Individual Sewage Disposal Systems (5 CCR 1003-6)
and the Garfield County Minimum Requirements. The design calculations are attached for your review. The system as designed requires a 1250 gallon septic tanIe At this time, the owner
has not determined what the final configuration of the absorption system will be. The system will utilize Infiltrator Quick4 Standard Chambers either in an absorption bed or absorption
trench configuration. The Infiltrator system was designed per the specifications as recognized by State of Colorado Guidelines. If you have any questions regarding this system, please
