road off of County Road 264. We will be storing pipe and other materials used on our projects. Landscape would not be appropriate at this location. 4-203 G. Impact Analysis The current
use of this area is for pipeline storage and other materials. By enlarging it, I don't foresee significant impacts on the environment, wildlife habitat, ground water drainage/sewage,
or stormwater management. No major geologic hazard exists in the immediate vicinity. 4-203 L. Traffic Study The site will be utilized to store materials currently being kept on EnCana
property in Parcel 2175-131-00055. Moving storage from the existing EnCana site to the Summit owned property will not change the access roads used, or number of vehicles utilizing that
route. 4-203 M. Water Supply Plan This storage yard will not be manned on a regular basis. All work and maintenance crews supply their own drinking water. No demand will be placed on
local water supplies. A water supply is not needed for this location.
