ifi cale of Compliance for Fence Construction Rock Solid Solutions, as the rockfall catchment fence installer, completed construction in accordance with the specifications provided in
the design by ROTEC International. Rock Solid was responsible for the cable anchorage systems. Twelve ground anchors were installed at the locations shown on the drawings. The anchors
were installed using a Marini wagon Drill with a 4" dia Down Hole Hammer to drill the holes 12 f\ deep, the anchors supplied by ROTEC International were installed in the holes and the
holes tremie grouted with a neat Portland cement to the surface. See Photos anached. The fence system was installed and inspected by the Manufacturer ROTEC International. The fence anchorage
system was installed in accordance with the Manufacturer's speci fi cations and as such shall meet the required speci fi ed design capacity. Rock Solid also assisted the owner, Mr. Gabossi
during the post installation to assist in inspecting the posts installation, alignment and orientation. The post holes were drilled by a caisson drilling contractor out of Utah and Pitkin
Iron placed the posts and concrete for that work. In our opinion, the fence posts were installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifi cations as well. RSS is confident that
the fence anchorage system constructed for the Gabossi Storage Faci lity will meet the des ign requirements. The anchorage des ign and installation of the rockfall catchment system for
the proj ect anchorage and installation w ill meet or exceed the design requirements set forth by ROTEC International and HP Geotech for the project. Please call Or email if you have
