I am attaching the approved final permit that has been closed on this project. This permit was through the state of Colorado, Division of Registrations, (DORA). Electrical permit number was 700560. In this permit it included the addition of compressors, fans, compressor building, and control room. This permit also took the place of previous permit # 684064, which had received 8 previous inspections that had passed. Unfortunately the certificate I received from DORA dose not state this, but can be researched through DORA website, or contacting them. Let me know if this is all the information required . Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field Report #1 Page 1 of 1 Report: Visually inspected the high strength bolting at the main frame & end wall frame column & rafter connections. Also randomly torque tested a minimum of two bolts per connection at the main frame column & rafter connections for proper tightness (using testing torque determined from Skidmore Wilhelm testing), as I was not present during the turn of the nut tightening process. Also verified that the cable & flange bracing was installed. The high strength bolting inspected as outlined above appeared to be in conformance with the building manufactures plans for bolt size & grade, and the A325 high strength bolts appeared to be sufficiently tightened. To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspection of the high strength bolting & steel frame details for the compressor building expansion as outlined above.
