service issues to have been successfully completed by John and Andrzej Stach at the above addresses. I have attached copies of the recorded easements for your files. The only issue I
cannot currently address is the driveway drainage issue noted in item #4 in the letter dated August 30,2012 from Jill Peterson, City Planner. As I understand it, this work has been put

shall be prolonged or shortened to begin and end on, and conform to the property lines and right-of-way lines. To construct, install, reconstruct, replace, repair, and maintain public
utilities, as specified, within the above described lands. Together with the right to remove any and all fences and other structures, trees, bushes, vegetation within said easement when
such is reasonably necessary for the exercise of the rights herein granted. After the exercise by Grantee of any of its rights hereunder, Grantee shall promptly restore the surface ofthe
ground to its former condition as nearly as is practicable, at the sole expense of Grantoe. Neither the extent nor use of the easements granted herein shall be expanded or enlarged from
its initial use without a specific written grant from Grantor for such expansion or enlargement. Grantor agrees that all facilities installed by the Grantee within the easements shall
remain the property of the Grantee and shall be removable at the option of the Grantee. In the event that the extent and use of these easements are abandoned or no longer used for the
purpose described herein at any time hereafter for a period of one (I) year or more, the grant herein shall revert to the Grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns. Except for the rights
and privileges granted to the Grantee by this Agreement, the Grantor reserves the fUll, complete and uninterrupted right to use, possess and occupy all portions ofthe property encumbered
