The proposal is to create a 600 sq.ft. accessory dwelling unit within an existing garage structure on the 3.6 acre property (File No. GAPA-7331). Pursuant to the procedures contain in Section 4-104 of the Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, the Director's Decision contained in the attached letter shall become final only after the expiration of a 10 ca lendar day callup period, provided that the County does not receive a request for "Reconsideration of the Decision " and the decision is not called up for review by the Board of County Commissioners.
