Review -Land Use Change Permit for an Accessory Dwelling Unit, submitted by John Stoch for his property located at 2575 Midland Ave. adjacent to the City of Glenwood Springs. The proposal
is to create a 600 sq.ft. accessory dwelling unit within an existing garage structure on the 3.6 acre property (File No. GAPA-7331). Pursuant to the procedures contain in Section 4-104
of the Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, the Director's Decision contained in the attached letter shall become final only after the expiration of a 10 ca lendar day callup
period, provided that the County does not receive a request for "Reconsideration of the Decision " and the decision is not called up for review by the Board of County Commissioners.
