AltelaRain The Laramie Energy 11-Altela, Inc. SUP Water Treatment Plant using patented AltelaRain application is being processed under The Zoning Regulation of 1978. As Amended ('Old
Code'), which requires a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 9.03.04. In response to code enforcement and neighborhood concerns on the Laramie Energy II site where the Altela, Inc. demonstration
water treatment plant is situated, Altela, Inc. wishes to re-schedule its hearing. At the direction of the Planning Department, the Applicant will re-noticed in the Newspaper of Record,
sent notice to adjacent property owners and post notice on the property for a Public Hearing date of March 2nd, 2009, if the courtesy of a Continuance is granted onto that agenda by
the BOCC. The Applicant and Staff respectfully request a continuance of this application to March 2, 2009, for which it will be additionally noticed.
