it last week. Lorenzo (Technician) said that he would send you an e-mail stating that he has inspected the service line to the house, should you request one. Xcel was at the house and
they also inspected the utility trench. They are fine with what is happening at the house. We did not ask them about the transformer, but asked the homeowner to do so. Attached are 2
reports from the structural engineer, post-lift. I have a wet stamped copy being sent to me, which I will submit to you for your records. The H20 curb stop was replaced a couple of months
ago by the local water department. They will have a record of that work. The sewer pipe will be checked with a camera next week by the plumber. We will verify the results. Please let
