Allen 4470 County Road 100, Permit # BLRE-11-12-2708 As per your request in your letter of July 31, 2013, Mr. Chaffee needs to do the following items toward his final inspection for
the subject building permit. 1. Complete the grading on the driveway to divert the water runoff from running onto the county road. 2. Remove the equipment from the building so a final
inspection is possible. It is a violation to occupy the structure prior to Certificate of Occupancy (CO.) 3. Schedule a final inspection. 4. Pass a final inspection. Once the above items
have been completed, we will be able to issue a CO. for a private use, non commercial use building accessory to a single family dwelling. Thanks for your help with getting this project
completed. Please call with any questions. Regards, Andy Schwaller Building Official Garfield County 1

in addition to the water running down the county road from the driveway. No landings outside walk out doors. Fascia not complete at peak. Exposed wires on back side of sheetrock wall.
Plumbing needs to be capped off. I think there is not any water in the structure. Septic permit shows a holding tank only. This should not have been approved. Hopefully it does not exist.
Please verify in field and file. We should void the septic permit if not iinstalled. Other things you might see. Thanks, Andy 1

I took a look this morning at the driveway. We do get run off out of this driveway onto CR 100. It looks like ditches were built on both sides of driveway, that will help. I can work
with them on drainage if it persists. Thanks Mike From: Andy Schwaller Sent: Friday, August 02, 2013 10:37 AM To: Michael Prehm Cc: Jim Wilson; Matt Provost; Gale Carmoney Subject: Driveway-4470
CR 100 Chaffee Mike, I think we missed the one when we issued the permit for a garage. We probably cannot require a pad apron at the county road, but if the new construction has caused
a drainage issue off of the property onto the county road, we can address that. Please let us know if you want any drainage work done at this location. They will be applying for a C.O.
in the near future. Sorry for the mix up on our end. Andy 1
