Applicant will obtain a Certificate of Occupancy within 30 days after receiving the Land Use Change Permit. 10. The structure is not to be used as a commercial building. In accordance with the Conditions, if the use changes, the owner will go through the building permit process as necessary. 11. See copy of Driveway Access Permit attached. 12. Applicant will strive to comply with the CDOW and "Potential Mitigation Measures" outlined in the Conditions. At the time of construction, the owner will consult with Steve Dahmer of Environmental Solutions, Inc. on any noxious weed identification or mitigation as part of the Weed Management Plan implementation. 13. The Watershed Permit has already been obtained and submitted. Correspondence has been provided to Garfield County separate of this submittal by the Town of Parachute. 14. The following list is the Generic Seed Mix for Region 3 (below 6,500 ft elevation) obtained from CDOT. The seed mix can also be found on Sheet 4 — Grading/ Erosion & Sediment Control Plan 4 -502 (C)(4) of the project plans. The total surface area to be disturbed by the berm is approximately 8,500 square feet (roughly 0.2 acre). 16. The owner will provide the revegetation security once determination of the cost has been completed. 21 Page P.O. An updated Grading /Erosion and Sediment Control Plan has been attached. The water tanks will be placed high on the berm with a gravity drain line running down the top of the berm to feed drip irrigation. Fuel tanks will be placed next to the building and will have their own 150% containment (tank or barrier). 19. The Stormwater Permit will be submitted to the State of Colorado 20 days prior to any excavation or construction. 20. Drainage calculations and supporting documents (rainfall precipitation values, historic and proposed basin maps) have been attached to this letter. Calculations were run for the 2 -yr, 25 -yr, and 100 -yr rainfall events. A summary of the peak flow rates calculated can be seen in the table below.
