She is missing a piece of information regarding the watershed permit approval. Pulling from memory we met and adjusted the plans to meet the Towns recommendations, and 'I think there was approval from the Town. Molly remembers this as well, there is just no supporting paperwork (or it has been lost)? Do you have anything that was sent to Molly that you could retransmit to her to help this along?
