At this time the application does not include all required information per Garfield County Regulations. The application is therefore deemed technically incomplete and the Planning Department will not process this application any further until the following information, listed below, has been provided to the satisfaction of this office. Please address the following items and submit three copies of the modified information to this office so that we may continue the review of this application: ULUR 4 -203 (B) General Application Materials. • It is unclear what existing structures and equipment are not permitted at the existing compressor station and are being reviewed as part of this application. Please clarify what this application is to address. • ULUR 4 -203 (D) Site Plan. • Provide a legal description of the subject site (compressor station) and graphically show as indicated under Section 4 -203 (D)(2). Please provide a site plan to the scale identified under this section of the ULUR. ULUR 4 -203 (M) Water Supply Plan. • The Limited Impact Review Application Narrative (page 2 of 5) under the Application Materials tab, states that the compressor station is typically manned from 6 am to 4 pm. However, in the pre - application meeting and waiver request in the application it indicates that the facility is unmanned. Please clarify. If personnel are on -site, a Water Management Plan will need to be submitted as part of the application. Other Comments • Initially, I couldn't find the supporting documents under the Supporting Documentation tab but found them on the accompanying CD. Please put these documents in the application.
