RE: Limited PR pact Review f r Mamm Creek Compressor Station — LIPA 7516
Dear Doug:
I am writing this letter regarding the Mamm Creek Compressor Station application for Limited
Impact Review. At this time the application does not include all required information per
Garfield County Regulations. The application is therefore deemed technically incomplete and
the Planning Department will not process this application any further until the following
information, listed below, has been provided to the satisfaction of this office. Please address the
following items and submit three copies of the modified information to this office so that we may
continue the review of this application:
ULUR 4 -203 (M) Water Supply Plan.
In your email dated April 18, 2013 (see attached) it indicates that the Mamm Creek
Compressor Station will have three (3) employees on -site from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm on a
daily basis. Since there will be full -time employees at this facility, a Water Supply Plan is
required for this application, as per Section 4 -203 (M) of the Unified Land Use Resolution of
2008, as amended. Please provide this document.
Please note, as per Section 4 -101 (B)(2)(b), when an application is not complete, the Director
shall inform the Applicant of the deficiencies in writing and shall take no further action on the
application until the deficiencies are remedied. If the applicant fails to correct the deficiencies
within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the first technically incomplete letter, the
application shall be considered withdrawn and returned to the Applicant.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding this letter.
Sincerely,
Moll Orkild -

Molly,
Here's what I got back from the manager of Mamm Creek —
Three guys are scheduled every day For 10 hours each. The site is staffed from Gam. — 4 pm. Daily. We primarily operate
out of our trucks, because most of our tools and equipment are in the trucks. We use the control building for a gathering
place and a controlled environment for our computers and electronic devices.
Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks.
Also, I hope to get the new site plan for CB H6 back from the surveyor today so that I can get you the answers to your
questions. Thanks.
