Water Supply Plan — Per Section 4 -203 M.2., this facility would be classified as a development that requires water for 14 single- family equivalents or fewer. The compressor station will generally have three personnel onsite during daytime hours performing maintenance and other activities, however, these personnel primarily work out of their trucks which contain their tools and equipment. The Control Building that is currently installed at the location simply serves as a place for personnel to occasionally assemble and to keep computers monitoring the facility in a safe and weather -proof environment. Potable drinking water is supplied in the form of bottled water delivered to the facility by an outside vendor. Currently, BBC is contracting with Western Slope, Inc. for this service. No water is required for irrigation or fire protection. Fire protection for the compressor facilities is provided by twenty (20) twenty -five (25) pound ABC extinguishers that are internal to each compressor and three (3) portable 150 -pound ABC extinguishers are located throughout the facility. Water would not be an effective agent for fighting the type of fire that would most likely occur at this facility. Portable toilets are also provided at the facility and are regularly serviced by an outside vendor, Redi Services, Inc. Hand - washing stations are provided at or near the toilets. Due to the limited need for water onsite and provisions for providing drinking water and sanitation services for staff, BBC believes that the plan outlined above is adequate for this facility.
