Facility Description (physical layout & function of facility): Salt water disposal well pad with one (1) wellhead, piped from six (6) tanks that are used for separation and storage. The water is moved from the tanks to the injection well with electrical pumps generated from a natural gas powered generator. There is a backup generator onsite that operates on diesel fuel. The system also contains a series of filter pods to remove solids before injection. A natural gas scrubber is utilized onsite to remove water from fuel gas that powers the main generator. Various tanks of corrosion inhibitor, lube oil and diesel are onsite and in appropriate containment. 7. Drainage Pathway and Distance to Navigable Waters: Spill direction is to the West toward the access road, and then west down the access road. The distance to the nearest_ surface water body is greater than % mile from the facility. 8.
