between Fossil Creek Land Company, an Oklahoma Corporation (Grantor) and the panics and in
the proportions as shown below (Grantee). It is the intent of this instrument to convey ninety
percent (90%) of Grantor's right, title and Interest in the sections as shown on Exhibit "A"
