OWNERS/APPLICANT: New Creation Church of Glenwood, Inc.

TYPE OF APPLICATION: Educational Facility – Administrative Review
I. GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Applicant is request to develop an approximate 10,000 square foot building for use as a
preschool for up to 75 students with 60 new parking spaces. The school will be located in a
separate, new building near the existing New Creation Church. The applicant represented that they
will be working with some of the known constraints for the development in advance of the
application, including contacting CDOT, the fire district, the state division of water resources in
regard to their well permit and testing and CDPHE in regards to wastewater treatment issues. They
represented they already have a state license and permit for 75 students and their existing facility
in west Glenwood springs.
The applicant is also requesting the adjustment of a platted property line so that the proposed new
construction will not be split/bisected by the existing property line. These requests will require
two separate applications but the applications may be processed currently. However, any approval
