This letter is being written to confirm a few changes that were made in the field to the
aforementioned project. I, personally reviewed these items with the Contractor, Matt Cox while
on site.
1. Addition of a 9'A" Micro Lam/LVL header, spanning approximately 6', over the pass through
area between the kitchen and great room.
2. The elimination of structural headers above the stair opening area. The truss drawings
eliminated the bearing points in these areas with full span trusses. Therefore, no structural
headers were required in these areas.
3. The elimination of a 2 x 4 bearing wall in the master bedroom/master bath area. Again, the
need for this bearing wall was eliminated based on the truss drawings provided by TrussFab
Corporation, which created a full span in this area.
