The 1)R(' has approved your plans for your home on G-4. However, prior to the final inspection. the DR(' requires a landscape plan that shall indicate the following: 1, If the four, mature aspen trees, on the south corner within the 110A casement. are to he removed then that entry corner must be re -landscaped to a level and quality of the rest of land surrounding the round -about. The DRC realizes that trees wilt not be used in that same area hut shrubs and extensive planting beds should be integrated into the landscape to mitigate the removal ol'the trees. However, until that time we will research which entity is responsible for relandscaping this corner due to the fact that the land is on your property and the landscaping occurs in a HOA easement. 2, It is the recommendation of the DRC that the trees should be replaced and any attempt to relocate would not be successful. However, if you choose to relocate the trees their success will he contingent upon the return of'the lull amount of your Builder's Bond deposit. 3. II'the trees arc replaced. please indicate on the revised landscape plan the new location and attempt to replace with a similar number of trees and/or caliper. Planting and maintenance of the replacement trees shall be the property owner's responsibility. 4. Please, contact the DRC Administrator at (970) 963-8434, upon completion of the foundation and dry -in phases of construction and for your final on-site review by the DRC.
