In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Zoning
Resolution of 1978, as amended, and Resolution No . 2001-91 of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorize s, by Special Use
Permit, the following use :
Amendment to existing Special Use Permit Resolution #99-055 , for a Plant Expansion to
Add a Deca-Hydrate Addition,
On the following described tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado :
Property located at 2717 County Road 215, Parachute, CO, Garfield County.
The within Amended Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in
the a bove-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only dur ing compliance with such
conditions and other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution,
Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado.
