GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Applicant seeks to add antennas to an existing communication facility approved by Resolution 2007-65 and Special Use Permit recorded at Reception No. 730275. The facility is located on a 10.4 -acre parcel owned by Woodward/Collison. Owners are the Applicant and they can authorize an individual or company to act on their behalf. Proper legal paperwork will be required for this authorization and may include Statements of Authority and Letters of Authorization. II. REGULATORY PROVISIONS APPLICANT IS REQUIRED TO ADDRESS Garfield County Land Use and Development Code, as amended (LUDC) - Sections: Section 4-101 — Common Review Procedures Section 4-106 - Amendment to an Approved Land Use Change Permit Article 7 — Standards — this includes response to Section 7-1102 specific to these facilities III. REVIEW PROCESS The process to accommodate these requests shall require an amendment to the Special Use Permit pursuant to the LUDC. A. Pre -application Conference. B. Application Submittal. (3 paper copies and 1 electronic CD in pdf format) C. Determination of Completeness. D. Schedule Public Hearing, provide documentation regarding notice requirements. E. Case planner contacts applicant and sets up a site visit. Staff reviews application to determine if it meets standards of review. Case planner makes a recommendation of approval, approval with conditions, or denial to the appropriate hearing body.
