DIRECTOR DECISION Amendment of the Communication Facility on Woodward
Collison Property in Carbondale, CO
Garfield County File Number SUAA7967
Dear Mr. Guenther,
This letter is provided to you as the authorized representative for Darlyne Woodward
and Martha Collison, owner of 356 County Road 101, the 10.4 -acre site of the existing
communication facility permitted by Resolution 2007-65 and a Special Use Permit
recorded at Reception Number 730275. Your application requests:
1. To remove and replace six (6) existing antennas;
2. Install three (3) new antennas at the current height of the existing antennas;
3. Install three (3) new remote radio heads behind the antennas;
4. Install one (1) surge arrestor box inside the existing equipment shelter;
5. Install a BCEM card into an existing cabinet.
Upon review of the request the Director has determined that these requests meet the
criteria of a minor modification to the existing permit and hereby issues a decision
conditionally approving the request. The condition of approval is as follows:
1. That all representations made by the Applicant in the application,
correspondence, and meetings with county staff, shall be considered
conditions of approval unless otherwise amended or changed by the Director.
