RE: Postponement for Special Use Permit Application for Accessory
Dwelling Unit Lot 21 of Teller Springs Subdivision
Dear Richard:
Gamba & Associates, Inc. respectfully requests a review postponement for
the special use permit application for an accessory dwelling unit for lot 21
of Teller Springs Subdivision that we submitted on December 14, 2005,
until further notice.
We plan to continue this application once approval of a special use permit
for building within the floodplain of the Roaring Fork River for the same lot
has been granted by the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU THAT LOT 21 IS PART OF THE TELLER SPRINGS
SUBDIVISION AND AS SUCH, HAS A DOMESTIC WATER TAP FOR A SINGLE FAMILY
HOME AND ONE ADU UNIT IN OUR COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM. THE OWNER
OF LOT 21 HAS THE RIGHT TO TAP INTO OUR COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM AT THE
CURB STOP OR WATER MAIN LINE. WATER METERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE SINGLE
FAMILY HOME AND ADU UNIT. THE COST OF THE METERS AND THE DOMESTIC
WATER LINE EXTENSION TO THE LOT AND PROPOSED NEW HOME AND ADU UNIT IS
AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
