113, approximately 1/2 mile east of the intersection of State
Highway 82 and CR 113, owned by Capital Construction,
LLC

In accorChnce with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Zoning
Resolution of 1978, as amended, and Resolutions No. 2003-54.2004-60, and 2004-71, of
the Board of County Commissions of Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby
authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the following activity:
Office, Plumbing Material Storage and Warehouse, and
Associated Vehicle Parking
The Special Use Permit is issued to the subject property as legally described in the
warranty deed recorded on 11/4/02 in book 1403, page 17 with reception number 613983
and shall be subject to the conditions set font in the above-mentioned resolutions, and
shall be valid only dining compliance with such conditions and other applicable
provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building
Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado.
