',Greg Williams, am part owner of Advanced Overhead Door Inc.. In my business I sell, side and install garage doors. Due to the fact that I purchased a 46.88 acre parcel of land on 0019 Harmony Way south of Silt,Co. I would like to build a building and store and side garage doors.There are no neighbors within 400 feet of the building site. Their is no show room and no walk-in traffic, so impact will be minimal, The hours of operation are standard business hours usually 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The vehicles used in this business are mainly pick up trucks for delivery of garage doors about 1-2 per day, Delivery trucks bring lumber 1-2 times monthly. The building that is existing is 32'x 30'and is located 60' from the house and the new building will be 40'x 50' adjacent to the existing building and will be used as cold storage of doors and matierals. Electric power is run from the power pole 70' east of the existing building. Water is not necessary so septic is not required. The bathroom is located in the existing house. The location of the buildings is .2 miles to the east of Dry Hollow road, C.R.133 in Garfeild County south of Silt City limits on Harmony Way. Signs are not required and all goods must be stored inside. Lighting will be 1 light over the man door as per code. Accessory Dwelling Units are not necessary.
