An accessory building with a sink and toilet, used by 2 -people daily, presently exists. RotoRooter pumped the septic tank in the summer of 2013. The OWTS had not been used until April 2014; therefore, the septic tank had not yet been refilled. The septic tank appeared to be in good condition at the time of the observation. Recommendations concerning continued use of the OWTS were presented in our letter dated August 10, 2012. Implementation of the following recommendations was verified during our recent visit. • Install a 2 -way clean-out within 5 -feet of the building. COMPLETED • Insulate the pipe coming out of building with blue board if installation depth is less than 24 - inches. Depth of burial is not less than 24 -inches. • Install effluent filter on outlet tee of septic tank. COMPLETED • Install observation port on last chamber in trench. COMPLETED • Trench area should be covered with native vegetation. This area has been re -seeded is being watered to start revegetation. • No heavy equipment should be used over absorption area and no large animals should be corralled over the absorption area. This area does not appear to be in a traffic area and horses appear to have been removed from the property. The well for the property is located near the main residence, greater than 100 -feet from the existing OWTS that serves the accessory structure. This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if changes are made to the OWTS in the future. Any additional OWTS construction must be according to the county regulations. LIMITS: Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. The installer must have documented and demonstrated knowledge of the requirements and regulations of the county in which they are working. The quality of the installation is dependent of the expertise of the installer, soil type, and weather conditions. Please call with questions.
