Only one aircraft would be using this facility. The airstrip would be used only from dawn to dusk. The structures, out buildings, already exist and are on the site plan. Utilities and water use would not be affected by the use of the proposed airstrip. Traffic on my driveway and adjacent access is between 200 and 600 vehicles a day. If anything, the facility would decrease traffic volume by the number of flights, it would have no significant effect on the overall traffic volume. The proposed airstrip is located on property that is on a mesa that is at least one hundred feet above and nearly a mile from any adjacent neighbor. No approach or departure would be over any homes. There are no F.A.A. rules or regulations that prohibit or limit the use of this proposed facility. There are no state rules or regulations that would prohibit the airfield use. The deed and legal description ,along with site and vicinity maps are attached. Names and addresses of adjacent landowners and mineral rights owners is also provided.
