Box 217 St. George, UT 84771 p ca rch (a? i nfowest. com DIRECTOR DECISION Amendment to Latter Days Saints Church — Battlement Mesa Garfield County File Number CUAA7999 Dear Mr. Patten, This letter is provided to you as the authorized representative for the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saintes, owner of a 3.154 -acre parcel legally described as Battlement Mesa, Filing 5, Block 3 . An amendment was requested to designate a phasing plan of improvements that were approved by the Board of County Commissioners at a public hearing held on April 7, 2014 and memorialized in Resolution 2014-18. Upon review of the submittal documentation the Director has determined that the request meet the criteria of a minor modification to the existing permit and hereby issues a decision conditionally approving the request. The condition of approval are: 1. That all representations made by the Applicant in the application, correspondence, and meetings with county staff, shall be considered conditions of approval unless otherwise amended or changed by the Director.
