The Administrative Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A (attached hereto), and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applic able provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations , Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado. All representations made in the application shall be considered conditions of approval, unless modified by this Exhibit A. 2. No alterations of the floodplain may be made other than the specific improvements noted in the application . 3. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be designed (or modified) and adequately anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure resulting from hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads, including the effects of buoyancy . 4. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed with materials resistant to flood damage. 5. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed by methods and practices that minimize flood damage. 6. No disturbance of a regulated wetland will be allowed. 7. The boundaries of the 100-year floodway and adjacent properties shall be staked prior to site disturbance. 8 . Prior to starting construction, the County Engineering Department will need to obtain the necess ary construction easements and an Army Corps permit for activities in the floodway.
