In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1979,
as amended, and Resolution No. 2 0 0 3-10 of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the following activity:
Placement of a single-family dwelling in a floodplain
on the tract of land described as 0102 Colt Drive, Parcel B, of the Rifle Village South Subdivision,
Filing 1 in Garfield County, Colorado:
The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above-mentioned
resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applicable
provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and
other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado.

AMENDMENT FOR SCRIVERNER'S ERROR TO RESOLUTION 2003-10

In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1979,
as amended, and Resolution No. 2003- 15 of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the following activity:
Placement of a single-family dwelling in a floodplain
on the tract of land which was incorrectly identified as 0102 Colt Drive, Parcel B, of the Rifle
Village South Subdivision, Filing 1 in Garfield County, Colorado:
The Lot should be identified as Parcel B, of the Rifle Village South Subdivision and the special use
shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of the
Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations
of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado.
