T h at proper posting and pub lic notice was provided as required for the meeting before the Board of County Commissioners. 2 . That for the above s tated and other r easons, the proposed Conditional U se P ermit has been d e termined to b e in the best interes t of the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of Garfield County. 4. That the application has met t h e requirements of Con dit ional Use (Sections 5:03 and 9:02) in t he Garfiel d County Zoning Resol ution of 1 978. NOW T H EREFO RE, BE IT RES OLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, that Billmeye r Conditional U se P ennit is hereby approved subject to co mplian ce w ith all of t he following specific conditions: 1. That all representati ons of the applicant, either wit hi n t he appl ication or sta ted at the hearing befor e the Board of County Commiss ioners, shall be considered condit ions of approval, includi ng but no t limited to: A. Hours: 10 am t o 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday; B. D eliveries to site w ill vary from 6 to 8 p er year; C . Vehicle trips, excluding deliveries, vary from .2 to 4 per week; D. T h e exterior co l or of the strncture sh all b e t an, to blen d w ith th e other s trnctures; E. One motion li ght to illuminate the walkway from the r esidence to th e strncture; F. T h e business will have a limit of one (1) empl oyee; G. T h er e shall be no a ppearance of commercial activity on th e sit e . 2. That the A pplican t sh all meet all requirements of the Garfield County Zonin g Resol ution of 1978 , as amended, an d shall meet all buil din g code r equirements. 3. Any expansion of th i s use, the h ome occupati on, sh all r equi re an amendment of the Conditional Use Permit. 4. In accordance to the Garfield County Road and Bridge Dep artment, the Applicant sh all in stall a paved a pron on the existing driveway access in ord er to bring it up to cou nt y driveway standar ds.
