Our work consists of 90 % subcontract work for new construction - 10% Individual Residential work. We do not have wa!k in customers and do not wish to have walk in customers. For our Contractor work, they call us and we go to the jobsite. The individual residential work is the same way. They call, we go to their home. The glass is ordered and delivered to our home, we take it to the job and install. Deliveries of glass depends on the kind of job we are doing. Generally we have glass delivery on Thursdays. Sometimes we have a delivery on Tuesday. Delivery time is usually between 10:00am & Noon. We have a pickup with a glass rack that leaves in the morning and returns at end of day. That is the extent of traffic volume. We have no employees. As far as business hours go, we answer the phone from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The building we work out of is 35' x 40'. It is the height of a normal single story house with a pitched roof and has siding. It looks like a garage.
