The Administrative Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A (attached hereto), and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado. All representations made in the application shall be considered conditions of approval, unless modified by this Exhibit A. 2. No alterations of the floodplain may be made other than the specific improvements noted in the application and shown on drawings by C.J. Pedersen, LA B-3367, and stamped received September 7, 2007. 3. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be designed (or modified) and adequately anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure resulting from hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads, including the effects of buoyancy. 4. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed with materials resistant to flood damage. 5. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed by methods and practices that minimize flood damage. 6. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed with electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment and other service facilities that are designed and/or located so as to prevent water from entering or accumulating within the components during conditions of flooding. 7. All new and replacement water supply systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of flood waters into the system. 8. New and replacement sanitary sewage systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of flood waters into the system and discharge from the systems into flood waters. 9. On-site waste disposal systems shall be located to avoid impairment to them or contamination from them during flooding. 10. No disturbance of a regulated wetland will be allowed.
