The Administrative Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A (attached hereto), and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado. All representations made in the application shall be considered conditions of approval, unless modified by this Exhibit A. 2. No alterations of the floodplain may be made other than the specific improvements noted in the application and shown on drawings stamped by Mark Alan Butler, P.E., File No. 26140.01, dated 7/19/06.. 3. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be designed (or modified) and adequately anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure resulting from hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads, including the effects of buoyancy. 4. No disturbance of a regulated wetland will be allowed.
