1. As outlined in the Limitations section of Donald Berger's letter dated 7-13-14 Design &
Construction Specifications from Rock Solid Solutions, please provide specific details related to
means and methods developed by the contractor for construction of the above ground pipeline
sections of the project prior to construction. This information should be reviewed and sealed by
the engineer of record.
2. Please provide any required traffic control requirements for CR 215 prior to construction. This
information should be in concert with the Garfield County Road and Bridge and the Garfield
County Sheriff's office.
