When reviewing a plan and it's discovered that required information has not been provided by the applicant, this will result in the delay of the permit issuance and in proceeding with building construction. The owner or contractor shall be required to provide this information before the plan review can proceed. Other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Property Insurance. Borrower shall keep the improvements now existing or hereafter erected on the Property insured against loss by fire or hazards included within the term "extended coverage" in an amount at least equal to the lesser of (1) the insurable value of the Property or (2) an amount sufficient to pay the sums secured by this Deed of Trust as well as any prior encumbrances on Ute Property. All of the foregoing shall be known as "Property Insurance".
